Cancellation & Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 90 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and arranging the return. The product can not be used and must be in the same condition you received it and must be in the original box and/or packaging. Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order, please do so before 2PM EST on the day of placing your order, Monday through Friday (Except Holidays). Please call Customer Service at 855-552-6937 to do so. Weekend cancellations can be made via email at eCare@ccmbco.com. Please note that if you Cancel your order after it has shipped, you will be charged a Return To Vendor equal to 15% of the order and $25 per package.

Address Corrections

Please contact us immediately if you require an address correction. Please note that if you have an address correction after your order after has shipped, you will be charged a Address Correction Fee of $15 per package.

FedEx Delays

We are not responsible for FedEx weather or any other unforeseen shipping delays. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience due to delays in shipping. We try to be as prompt & give the best approximate shipping days when asked.

Delivery Refusal or Return Pick Up & Return

If you refuse delivery of your order or request a Return To Vendor, you will be charged a Delivery Refusal / Return To Vendor charge equal to 15% of the order plus a $25 per shipment return charge to cover the cost that we are charged by FedEx.
